Miss Yuen Yee Pong advises on town planning matters for Fairmile Consultants Limited.

 

Miss Pong has over thirty years of experience in town planning including commissioning and overseeing planning studies on district basis, identifying redevelopment and revitalization projects, obtaining planning approval for projects under the Town Planning Ordinance as well as the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance.  She has extensive involvement in public engagement and community development activities such as organizing workshops and forums for various stakeholders including District Councils, affected owners, residents, communities, concern groups and professional institutes to gain project support.  She is also experienced in services leading to the implementation of projects including liaison with Government departments, consultants and the affected community stakeholders.  Throughout the years, she has been involved in the development of a number of large residential, commercial and institutional projects.

 

Ms. Pong has held senior positions in private sector consultancy firms and at the Urban Renewal Authority.
