Mr. Simon Cheung has more than 30 years of experience in town planning, land matters and project management having held senior positions in both public and private sector development companies and consultants.

 

As a veteran property development professional, Mr. Cheung has experience not only in Hong Kong but internationally in China, Singapore and North America. He specializes in project development services and agency services for land sales and joint venture developments. He has worked on a broad range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments as well as hotels, hospitals, and golf courses.

 

Mr. Cheung holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners, and a Registered Professional Planner in Hong Kong. He is also a registered Estate Agent in Hong Kong.

 

Mr. Cheung has served or is currently serving on various Boards and Committees of non-profit making organizations in Hong Kong including the Hong Kong Institute of Town Planners, Coalition of Professional Services, Hong Kong Housing Society and Rotary.
